How does your work differ from that of a patent attorney?
Patent attorneys focus on legal matters. We focus on the technological, strategic and economic relevance of patents.
Which data sources do you use?
We use data from EPO, WIPO, USPTO, trademark databases, publication records and – if useful – web-based data sources.
How long does an analysis take?
Depending on scope: from a few weeks for compact studies to longer for extensive benchmarking or sustainability analyses.
Are my data confidential?
Yes. All data are processed confidentially, in compliance with GDPR. NDAs are available upon request.
Which industries benefit most?
Engineering, electronics, automotive, chemicals, energy, medical technology, biotechnology – as well as ministries, clusters, investors and research institutions.
Can the results be used for ESG reporting?
Yes. We identify sustainability-related patents and quantify potential ecological impact.
How do I commission an analysis?
Contact us with your question. After an initial consultation, you will receive a transparent proposal including method and timeline.
Do you offer webinars or training?
Yes. We provide webinars, training sessions and workshops on all topics in our portfolio.
